LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, August 12, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.

In the case of Christian P. Lyons of Lancaster, charged with a felony for driving on a revoked license for multiple convictions of driving while intoxicated; a felony for driving while intoxicated (DWI), prior related felony conviction; two felonies for failing to appear; a misdemeanor for obstructing/resisting arrest; two misdemeanors for indecent exposure; a misdemeanor for disorderly conduct; a misdemeanor for driving after forfeiting a license; a misdemeanor for obstructing or resisting arrest without force; a misdemeanor for refusing a breathalyzer, subsequent within 10 years; a misdemeanor for intoxication in public; a misdemeanor for reckless driving; and nine misdemeanors for failing to appear; a bond hearing was continued until August 26.

In the case of Alkendra S. Coleman of Mollusk, charged with a felony for violating probation, arraignment was continued to September 30.

In the case of Laura N. Purcell of Gum Spring, charged with a felony for credit card forgery and a felony for obtaining money under false pretenses, greater than $200, arraignment was continued by the judge until September 16.

In the case of John A. Jones Jr. of Wicomico Church, appealing General District Court misdemeanor convictions of assault and battery and disorderly conduct, a trial was….
