LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, September 2, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of Christian P. Lyons of Lancaster, charged with a felony for driving on a revoked license for multiple convictions of driving while intoxicated; a felony for DWI, prior related felony conviction; two felonies for failing to appear; a misdemeanor for obstructing/resisting arrest; two misdemeanors for indecent exposure; a misdemeanor for disorderly conduct; a misdemeanor for driving after forfeiting a license; a misdemeanor for obstructing or resisting arrest without force; a misdemeanor for refusing a breathalyzer, subsequent within 10 years; a misdemeanor for intoxication in public; a misdemeanor for reckless driving; and nine misdemeanors for failing to appear; bond was denied and a trial set for October 17 and 18.
In the case of Ellen S. Coates of Mineral, charged with two felonies for violating probation, a hearing to review restitution was scheduled for October 28.
In the case of Vaughan O. Coleman of Dunnsville, charged with three felonies for violating probation, a review hearing was scheduled for January 27, 2023.
