LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, November 18, with the Hon. William H. Shaw III presiding.
In the case of Mary E. Barrack of White Stone, charged with two misdemeanors for being an accessory after the fact in a felony and a misdemeanor for providing false information to a criminal investigator, a trial was scheduled for March 17.
In the case of Kendrick O. Providence of Heathsville, charged with violating probation, a trial is to be set December 16.
Bond was granted to Oriel P. Lee of Lancaster, charged with violating probation. A status hearing is scheduled for January 13.
In the case of Mark A. Waller, no address given, charged with selling cocaine, a status hearing was continued and a review scheduled for March 17.
In the case of Johnny L. Sprouse of Deltaville, charged with driving while intoxicated, fourth plus within 10 years; seven misdemeanors for resisting arrest, driving after forfeiting a license, tampering with a DWI ignition lock, drinking while driving with an open container, disorderly conduct, reckless driving and intoxication in public; and a civil charge for refusing a breath test, a trial was….
