LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, December 16, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
Terrence M. Clarke of Weems was arraigned on a felony charge of violating probation. A trial was scheduled for January 20. Clarke also stood trial on an amended charge of possession of a Schedule I/II substance in 2017 and that matter was taken under advisement. A hearing on that charge is also scheduled for the same day.
In the case of Nickolas V. J. Chinn, no address given, charged with a felony for violating probation and a felony for failing to appear, a show cause hearing was continued until January 13.
In the case of Michael A. Coleman of White Stone, charged with a felony for stalking, second within five years; and appealing a misdemeanor conviction in General District Court for assault and battery; a trial was continued and a status hearing scheduled for April 14.
Kendrick O. Providence of Heathsville was found guilty of a felony for violating probation. He was resentenced to four years and 335 days with all but 30 days suspended and….
