HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, December 13, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of Donte J. Carter of Heathsville, charged with a DWI while having a prior related felony conviction, a deferred disposition was carried over to December 20.
In the case of Michael S. Kappel of Heathsville, charged with three counts of obtaining money under false pretenses, two counts of grand larceny valued over $1,000 that is not personal property, and two counts of construction fraud by failure to complete work with false advanced pay, a status hearing was set for December 20 and a trial was set for January 31.
In the case of Nathan A. Kramer of Callao, charged with two counts of distributing/selling for a profit Schedule I/II drugs, a review was scheduled….There's more to this story...
