LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, January 6, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of Joseph C. Tilden of Gloucester, charged with a misdemeanor for failing to appear on a summons, a show cause hearing was scheduled for January 27.
Justin M. Gammon of Kilmarnock withdrew his appeal of a General District Court conviction of speeding.
In the case of Colleen S.B. Hopkins of Urbanna, appealing a General District Court conviction of speeding in a city or town, a trial was scheduled for March 17.
In the case of Shawn E. Jones of White Stone, appealing a General District Court conviction of misdemeanor assault and battery, a capias was issued when Jones failed to appear.
