LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, February 24, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
Centrix B. Palmer of Kilmarnock pleaded guilty to selling a Schedule I/II substance and was sentenced to 15 years with 13 years and nine months suspended, and five years of supervised probation to begin upon release. Palmer also was ordered to pay $1,460 in court costs. An additional charge of selling a Schedule I/II substance was nolle prossed.
In the case of Vaughan O. Coleman of Dunnsville, charged with three felonies for violating probation, a review hearing was scheduled for April 28 when Coleman failed to appear.
In the case of Rachel J. Denny of White Stone, charged with four felonies for violating probation, a status hearing was continued….
