LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, May 12, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of Brandy N. Bartron of Yorktown, charged with two misdemeanors for violating probation, a hearing to review restitution was scheduled for October 27.
In the case of Mary B. Bowie of Petersburg, previously found not guilty by reason of insanity for assault on a law enforcement or department of corrections officer, a review hearing was continued until November 17.
In the case of Kendra P. Brooks of Lancaster, charged with two felonies for violating probation, a hearing to review restitution was scheduled for October 27.
In the case of Ana C. Carrillo of Gloucester, charged with a felony for violating probation, a review hearing is scheduled for June 2.
