LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, November 17, with the Hon. William H. Shaw III presiding.
In the case of Kenneth W. Holloman of Aylett, charged with a felony for possession of a Schedule I/II substance, a trial was scheduled for January 5.
Deondre T. Lampkin of Kilmarnock was arraigned on three felony charges for entering a structure to commit assault and battery, a felony for grand larceny, a felony for destruction of property, a felony for possession of burglary tools, a felony for being a felon in possession of weapon/ammo (not a gun), two misdemeanors for petit larceny, and a misdemeanor for destruction of property. A trial is scheduled for March 1.
In the case of Cody O’Brien Sanders of Warsaw, charged with a felony for malicious wounding, an arraignment was continued to December 8.
In the case of Aniya Smith of Lancaster, charged with a felony for malicious wounding and appealing a General District Court misdemeanor conviction of assault and battery, the appeal was withdrawn and the felony charge was nolle prossed.
