In the case of Matthew Q. Rosner, no address given, charged with two felonies for violating probation, an arraignment and hearing to appoint counsel was continued to April 26. Rosner is a fugitive.
In the case of Joseph S. Callahan of Burgess, charged with six felonies for violating probation, a trial is to be set February 2.
