LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, February 2, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the
case of Joseph C. Jackson of White Stone, charged with a felony for not reporting an accident with damage over $1,000 and two misdemeanors for assault and battery, a status hearing was scheduled for March 22.
In the case of William Rosalia of White Stone, charged with a misdemeanor for working without a contractor license/violating contractor regulations, a hearing to appoint counsel was scheduled for March 1.
In the case of Michael A. Yarka, no address given, charged with felonies for grand larceny, possessing stolen property and entering a structure to commit assault and battery, etc., a trial was scheduled for March 22.
