LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, March 22, with the Hon. Joseph J. Ellis presiding.
In the case of Clifton O. Saul of Heathsville, charged with a felony for violating probation, a show cause hearing was scheduled for April 19.
In the case of Erick K. Marlow of Lancaster, previously charged with extortion by writing and found not guilty by reason of insanity, a review hearing was scheduled for September 20.
In the case of Mitrada D. Bunns of Heathsville, charged with a felony for violating probation, probation was revoked and he was given a four-year, eight-month suspended sentence. He also was ordered to pay $193 in court costs.
