LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, June 28, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of Montez D. Thompson, no address given, charged with a felony for violating probation, a show cause hearing was scheduled for August 23.
In the case of Timothy K. Zingg of Lancaster, appealing a General District Court decision denying bond, bond was again denied. Zingg is charged with a felony for shooting into an occupied building, a misdemeanor for reckless handling of a firearm, a misdemeanor for carrying a gun in public while under the influence, and three misdemeanors for petit larceny.
Raymond P. Waddy II of Lancaster was sentenced to 40 years, 34 of which were suspended for distributing for profit a Schedule I/II substance.
