LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, September 6, with the Hon. John S. Martin presiding.
In the case of Kendra R. Veney of Warsaw, charged with a felony for violating probation, a show cause hearing was scheduled for November 15.
In the case of Donovan R. Gregory of White Stone, charged with three felony probation violations, his probation was revoked and he was given two four-year, five-month sentences, all of which were suspended. On the third charge he was given two four-year, five-month sentences with all but one year suspended. He also will serve five years probation.
In the case of Ashley M. Ball of Lancaster, charged with two misdemeanors for violating probation and two misdemeanors for violating pre-trial conditions, a show cause hearing was scheduled for February 28.
In the case of Karl N. Blackwell of Richmond, charged with two felonies for violating probation, he was sentenced to 18 years and six months, all of which were….
