LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, November 8, with the Hon. John S. Martin presiding.
In the case of Christopher E. Self, no address given, charged with a felony for obtaining money under false pretenses, greater than $1,000, a trial was scheduled for December 13.
In the case of Derrick L. Wilson of Lancaster, charged with two felonies for obtaining money under false pretenses, greater than $1,000, and two misdemeanors for practicing a profession without a business license, a trial is to be set November 15.
In the case of Joshua S. Meador, no address given, charged with three felonies for violating probation, those charges were dismissed.
In the case of Stephen O. Fortune of Richmond, charged with a felony for selling stolen property greater than $200, that charge was nolle prossed.
