LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, February 21, with the Hon. John S. Martin presiding.
In the case of Kendra R. Veney of Warsaw, charged with a felony for violating probation, a revocation hearing is scheduled for April 18.
In the case of Johnathan F. Mitchell of Warsaw, charged with two felonies for violating probation, a show cause hearing was continued to March 14.
William C.L. Brock Jr. of Mathews pleaded no contest to a felony for selling/providing a Schedule I/II substance and was given a deferred disposition. A hearing was scheduled for February 20, 2026. Brock also was charged with two felonies for selling/providing a Schedule I/II substance, three felonies for violating pretrial release conditions and a felony for possession of a Schedule I/II substance. Those charges were nolle prossed.
In the case of Cintez C. Gibson of Newport News, charged with two felonies for violating probation, a show cause hearing was scheduled for April 18.
