LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, July 11, with the Hon. William H. Shaw III presiding.
In the case of Calvin F. Taylor III of Kilmarnock, charged with felonies for selling drugs on or near a school/library and manufacturing/distributing a Schedule I/II substance, the defendant changed attorneys and a status hearing was scheduled for August 8.
In the case of Kristy S. Thomas of Weems, charged with a misdemeanor for non-compliance with Virginia Alcohol Safety Action Program (VASAP), the charge was dismissed.
In the case of William M. Noel of Weems, charged with a felony for violating probation, a show cause hearing was scheduled for October 24.
In the case of James A. Vaughan of Kilmarnock, charged with five felonies for revocation of pretrial release, a hearing is to be set July 25.
