LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, March 1, with Judge R. Michael McKenney presiding.
Andrea K. Brougham of Henrico County was arraigned on a felony violation of probation and appointed counsel with a trial set for April 12.
The court issued a show cause and set arraignment for April 5 for Laderah O. Daye of Heathsville who failed to appear on a felony embezzlement charge.
The felony violation of probation by Sharon K. Pelkey of Weems came up for review and the court scheduled another review on April 12.
The show cause hearing for Floyd D. Newton of Callao for felony violation of probation was continued until August 9.
