LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, September 28, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
Donald Fauntleroy of White Stone, charged with a misdemeanor for failing to appear, was appointed counsel and his case set for trial November 16.
Centrix B. Palmer of Kilmarnock, charged with two felony probation violations, was arraigned and a capias for arrest was issued.
Kemonte D. Smith of White Stone, charged with three felonies of use of a firearm, robbery and wearing masks in certain places, was granted bond.
Brandon T. Fischer of Barhamsville, charged with a felony probation violation, was sentenced to five years with four years suspended.
The case of Oriel P. Lee of Lancaster, charged with a felony probation violation, was continued to October 19.
The case of Josaline Murphy of Lancaster, charged with three felonies of assault on a law enforcement officer and two counts of violating pretrial release, was continued to October 12.
The case of William M. Noel, no address given, charged with a felony of manufacturing or distributing a controlled substance, was continued for trial January 11.
