LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, July 26, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
The case of Matthew Q. Rosner, no address given, charged with two felony counts for violating probation on a felony offense, was continued to October 25.
The case of Terrence M. Clarke of Weems, charged with one felony count of selling a Schedule I/II substance and one felony count for violating probation on a felony offense, was continued to October 25.
The case of Delaina D. Cooper of Burgess, charged with two felony counts for failing to appear on felony offenses and three felony counts for violating probation on felony offenses, was continued to October 25.
Phillip E. Dean of White Stone, charged with two felony counts of violating probation on felony offenses, pleaded no contest to both. Probation was revoked and he was sentenced to 18 years, 9 months with 18 years, 6 months suspended on one count and sentenced to 18 years, 9 months, all of which were suspended on the other count. Probation of two years will begin upon release.
