LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, August 9, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of Carlos J. Carter of Kilmarnock, charged with one felony count for violating probation on a felony offense and one misdemeanor count for violating probation on a misdemeanor offense, both charges were dismissed.
The case of George W. Gaines of Lancaster, charged with one felony count for driving after being declared a habitual offender, was set for trial October 4.
