LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, October 25, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
The case of Matthew Q. Rosner, no address given, charged with two felony counts for violating probation on felony offenses, was continued to January 24.
In the case of Ana C. Carillo of Gloucester, charged with one felony count for violating probation on a felony offense, bond was denied and a hearing was set for November 15.
The case of Terrence M. Clarke of Weems, charged with one felony for violating probation on a felony offense, was continued to January 24.
The case of Delaina D. Cooper of Baltimore and Burgess, charged with three felony counts for failing to appear on felony offenses, was continued to January 24. Cooper also is charged with three felonies for violating probation on felony offenses. The hearing on those charges also was continued to January 24.
