LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, June 12, with the Hon. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of Demetria R. Key of Topping, found guilty of embezzlement greater than $500, a pre-sentence report hearing was continued until July 17.
In the case of Robert A. Bellows of White Stone, charged with one felony for selling/distributing cocaine, the trial was continued by the defense until July 31.
Jason T. Spence of Lancaster was found guilty of a felony for being the driver and not reporting an accident and a misdemeanor for reckless driving. He was sentenced to five years probation.
In the case of Molly J. Kane of Lancaster, charged with one felony for selling/distributing cocaine and one felony for possession with intent to distribute an imitation controlled substance, a trial is to be set for both charges on July 10.
