HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, June 9, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
The case of Haley B. Hayden of Callao, charged with one felony for larceny and one misdemeanor for credit card fraud, was dismissed.
The prosecution filed a nolle prosequi in the case of Kirk D. Lee of Reedville, charged with three felonies including one count for possession of a controlled substance and two counts for violating his probation.
Probation was revoked in the case of Marquis A. Henderson of Burgess, charged with two felonies for violating his probation on felony offenses.
The case of Robert H. Griffin of Heathsville, charged with five felonies for violating his probation on felony offenses, was continued to October 27.
