LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, August 14, with the Hon. Michael McKenney presiding.
Matthew S. Chapman of White Stone was arraigned on charges of first degree murder and shooting in the commission of a felony. A status hearing is scheduled for September 11.
Chapman also is charged with second degree murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. All charges stem from the March 18 shooting death of John Carter Gordon for which Chapman is awaiting a September 30 trial.
Megan C. Hill of Kilmarnock was arraigned on a felony charge of perjury. A trial is to be set August 21.
Trevell M. Saul of Lancaster was arraigned on a felony charge of possession of ammunition by a convicted felon. A trial is to be set August 21.
Christopher L. Goins Jr. of Mollusk was arraigned on three felony charges of selling/distributing cocaine. A hearing is…There's more to this story...
