Lancaster County Little League announced this week the summer season has been canceled.
However, Dream Fields in Kilmarnock is open and a full fall season is planned, according to Little League president Tiffany Wolfe.
Lancaster County Little League took into consideration the recommendations from Little League International, the World Health Organization, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and Gov. Ralph Northam regarding COVID-19 concerns and guidelines when the board decided to cancel the spring and summer 2020 season, said Wolfe.
