Golf ball drop coming July 4

The Fairfields Volunteer Fire Department will hold a Golf Ball Drop on July 4.

The fire department will be dropping 1,500 golf balls from its ladder truck and the ball that rolls closest to the pin will win $2,500. The second closest wins $1,000 and the third closest $500.
