Rehearsals have begun for Ken Ludwig’s “The Game’s Afoot, or Holmes for the Holidays,” the fall production by the Lancaster Players.
The play will be staged at The Lancaster Playhouse, 361 Chesapeake Drive, White Stone. Show times will be 8 p.m. September 14, 15, 21, 22, 28 and 29 and 3 p.m. September 16 and 23. The theater will open an hour prior to each performance.
Blair Kenyon plays William Gillette, actor and author of “The Game’s Afoot,” a Sherlock Holmes play he wrote 20 years ago. He’s been starring in it ever since, reported Sheila Broderick Brown.
