
The Lancaster Players this year celebrates its 50th anniversary season.
It all started in 1970 when a group of mothers in Kilmarnock set out to create quality entertainment for children of the area. The first production was a puppet show. It was such a hit that soon their efforts lead to theater performed by children, and ultimately to theatrical offerings for the entire community.
