Lancaster wins Northern Neck District middle school basketball championship

The Lancaster Middle School boys basketball team beat Northumberland Middle, 42-21, before a home crowd, January 30, to win the Northern Neck District championship.

The LMS team went unbeaten for the season at 11-0.

The team was coached by Dwayne Pinn, Myke Molnar and Sean Thomas and included sixth-, seventh- and eighth-graders Kelvin Davis, Jayden Moody, Kenneth Owens, Antavion Thomas, Branndonn Wade, Lamar Mattocks, JaQuarrius Morris, Evan Muse, Khalil Redmond, Daveon Smith, Toni Thomas, Tylil Walters, Key’Vontrez Bunns, Terrill Diggs, Jayvien Monroe and Zaden Veney…
