KILMARNOCK—The Lancaster Community Library recently announced the winners of the annual LCL Lottery.
Stephanie Surber won the 2020 grand prize of $10,000. The first prize winner was Anna Ransone, $2,000; and the second prize winner was Chris Chainey, $1,000. All three winners are from White Stone.
