The Boys & Girls Club of the Northern Neck (BGCNN) recently announced Johnny Lee as Employee of the Month.
Lee has been on the BGCNN support services team at the Lancaster County Club in Kilmarnock since May 2020.
He was nominated for being dependable and dedicated to his position and to the club. He is always willing to jump in and help, even if it is outside of his regularly assigned duties and responsibilities. Lee has a “get it done” attitude.
“He is a joy to be around and if anyone is having a bad day, he will take the time to stop and ask you how you are doing and listen,” said support services director Deborah Smith-Waller.
