The Lancaster High School Class of 2001 held a Christmas reunion December 22, 2017, at KC’s Crabs and Cues Restaurant.
Classmates who graduated with the original class and those who had been with the class at any point of the school journey for more than five years were invited along with a date, reported Mary (Ketner) Lorenzino, who orchestrated the event.
Over 30 classmates were in attendance including Robert Blake, Timothy Pinkard, Ricardo “Ricky” Carrillo, Kendall (Rice) Rosalia, Lorenzino, Phillip Howard, India (Henderson) Ferguson, Bert Anderson, Tenesia Baker, Ashley (Harcum) Peterson, Kisa (O’Brien) Sebren, Daphne Brown, Anna Tingle, Stephanie Green, Julie (Pruitt) Carrier, Ryan Christopher, Justin George, Jovan Taylor, Erica (Sorensen) Markowicz, Nickee Boyd, Brandon Wade, Marcus Ball, Colleen (Burke) Hopkins, Chris Frisby, Justin Burke, Rob Pittman, Mary Barrack, Rachael Ruit, Kristen Dodson and Alison (Bishop) Marsh.
Carrillo provided the music from high school days and Pinkard provided a few generous rounds of drinks to help to keep the party going, said Lorenzino.
“It was unanimous that not only was the event a success but that we did develop lasting friendships throughout the years spent at Lancaster,” she said.
“We plan on making this a yearly event, so if you were part of the LHS Class of 2001, please message Mary Lorenzino on Facebook to be added to the class’s private Facebook group,” she added.
