Lights on the Creek boat parade returns

This year marks the revival of the Lights on the Creek boat parade on November 28. Boats will gather near the Rappahannock River Yacht Club docks at dusk.  The parade will pass The Tides Inn as they navigate the Western Branch of Carter Creek, make a U-turn and again pass The Tides Inn into the Eastern Branch of the Creek.
