LANCASTER—Linda Webb Tapscott, 57, of Lancaster went to be with the Lord peacefully Friday, December 15, 2017. She was surrounded by her good friend Skip who helped care for her for many years.
Linda is predeceased by her two sisters, Carolyn Webb Taylor and Brenda Webb; her ex-husband, Mike Tapscott; and her parents, Julian Booker Sr. and Peggy Conrad Webb.
She is survived by her son, Gregory Tapscott of Lancaster; her daughter, Julie Tapscott Kellum (Bruce) of Lancaster; and her grandchildren, Edward and Lilly Kellum.
She is also survived by her two brothers, Julian Booker Webb Jr. of Ophelia and Bobby Webb of Baltimore, Md.
