Living Water Lutheran Church in Kilmarnock will welcome a new lead pastor in January 2021, the Rev. Bruce Burslie.
For the past 19 years, until retiring this past spring, Rev. Burslie served as the part-time pastor for pastoral care at Lord of Life Lutheran Church in Fairfax. His career in the ministry includes 27 years as an Army chaplain, with overseas service in Panama and Germany, culminating with a post as dean at the Center for Hemispheric Defense Studies at the National Defense University.
