The Northern Neck Sail & Power Squadron (NNSPS) will offer Marine Electrical Systems Course from 6-8 p.m. Tuesdays for nine weeks, beginning September 10 at the NNSPS Classroom, Chesapeake Commons, 453C North Main Street, Kilmarnock.
