In conjunction with the VA250 American Revolution activities, the Mathews Museum, 200 Main street, Mathews, will host Martha Washington and Abigail Adams as they “spill the tea” from 2-4 p.m. August 18.
“There will be unlimited amounts of hot tea served with cream and sweeteners, accompanied by numerous types of savories and sweets,” said event chairman Cindy Roman.
