The Northern Neck Orchestra (NNO) 2024-25 Chamber Music Series will feature a range of musical styles for guitar ensemble and classic compositions by an array of composers, including George Gershwin, Felix Mendelssohn, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Franz Schubert.
“The new season will feature world-class musicians in virtuoso performances of remarkable chamber music,” said artistic director Moises Cunha. “We’ll be showcasing sparkling works for a dozen guitarists, a rich mix of eight strings and winds and elegant compositions of intricate intimacy for duos and trios.”
Season tickets for the four-concert series are $112. Single tickets for each concert are $35. Tickets may be purchased at northernneckorchestra.org or the door. Students are admitted free.
Concerts will be performed at 2 p.m. on Sundays at Good Luck Cellars, 1025 Good Luck Road, Kilmarnock.
