Kindergarten students at Lancaster Elementary School recently participated in a virtual program presented by the Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation in honor of Yorktown Victory Day.
“The interactive lesson combined Virginia Past and Now and American Revolution: A Movement Toward Freedom, to help students explore how Virginia has changed over time and what life was like during the American Revolution,” reported teacher Rachel Sanford.
