The Northern Neck Orchestra will perform Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s Horn Concerto No. 4, showcasing the virtuoso talents of 22-year-old soloist Emma Potter.
The program for the first concert of the season also includes Adolphus Hailstork’s moving Fanfare on Amazing Grace and George Bizet’s lively L’Arlesienne Suites Nos. 1 and 2.
The concert will be presented at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, October 15, at the Lancaster Middle School Theater, 191 School Street, Kilmarnock. The performance will be preceded by a pre-concert talk at 6:45 p.m. hosted by music director Michael Repper.
