NAPS highway cleanup clears over 18 bags of roadside trash

WICOMICO CHURCH—A crew of 15 volunteers cleared the roadsides and gullies during the NAPS Fall 2022 Highway Cleanup on October 16, organized by the Northumberland Association for Progressive Stewardship (NAPS).
