LANCASTER—Rita and Richard Scott of Weems have presented Northern Neck Partners for Pets (NNPP) a generous $100,000 challenge gift opportunity to help with NNPP’s goal of building a privately-held, no-kill animal shelter and adoption center to serve all four Northern Neck counties.
Earlier NNPP received a surprise donation of $250,000 from sister organization Animal Welfare League of the Northern Neck (AWL).
