HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened on Tuesday, October 23, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
The trial of Joshua J. Bruchett of Reedville, charged with one felony for possession of a controlled substance, was continued to October 30.
The trial of Marquis A. Henderson of Burgess, charged with two felonies for failing to reregister as a sexual offender, was continued to December 4.
The trial of Ronald C. Landon of Lancaster, charged with one felony for possession of a gun by a nonviolent felon and four misdemeanors including one count for carrying a concealed weapon, one count for driving while intoxicated, one count for reckless driving and one count for driving with an open container of alcohol, was continued to January 29.
The trial of Kirk D. Lee of Reedville, charged with one felony for the possession of a controlled substance, was continued to December 11.
