HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, July 16, with the Hon. John S. Martin presiding.
In the case of Ernest J. Polk Jr. of Heathsville, charged with probation violation on a felony offense, a trial was set for July 23.
In the case of Travis T. Hatton of Farnham, charged with grand larceny valued over $1000 not personal property, a trial was continued to August 20. Hatton also faces a misdemeanor charge of working without a license/violating contractor regulations.
In the case of James T. Raynor of Heathsville, charged with embezzlement of more than $200, a trial was set for July 23.
