HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened on Tuesday, January 15, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.

The trial of Carla D. Parker of Clinton, Md., charged with a felony for manufacturing a controlled substance, was set for January 29.

The trial of Charles A. Johnson of Haynesville, charged with two felony counts for manufacturing a controlled substance, was set for April 30.

The trial of Darren D. Roy of Montross, charged with a felony for manufacturing a controlled substance, was set for April 30.

A hearing was held on the case of Clifton Tomlin of Burgess, charged with two felonies including one count for petit larceny and one count for manufacturing a controlled substance.
