HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened on Tuesday, January 22, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.

The trial of Amanda F. Harper of Lancaster, charged with two felonies including one count for possession of a controlled substance and one count for child abuse, was continued to February 26.

The trial of William M. Hudnall of Heathsville, charged with failing to register as a violent sex offender, was continued to March 5.

The trial of Christian P. Lyons of Urbanna, charged with one felony for the assault and battery of a family member and one misdemeanor for violating a protective order, was continued to February 12.

Donate N. Davis of Heathsville, charged with one felony for failing to appear in court on a felony charge for rape by force or threat, could not be found to be served with a notice to appear in court. Davis’ arraignment is scheduled for April 23.

Cintez C. Gibson of Lancaster, charged with two felonies including one count for failing to appear in court on a felony charge for manufacturing a controlled substance and one count revoking his pretrial release, could not be found to be served with a notice to appear in court. Gibson’s arraignment is scheduled for April 23.

Delonte M. Johnson of Farnham, charged with 11 felonies including one count for failing to appear in court on a felony charge, five counts for manufacturing a controlled substance, one count for the sale of marijuana, and four counts revoking his pretrial release, could not be found to be served with a notice to appear in court. Johnson’s arraignment is scheduled for April 23.

The case of Christopher L. Goins of Mullusk, charged with one felony for possession of a gun with Schedule I or II drugs, was continued to April 23.

The trial of Nathaniel J. Turner, no address listed, charged with one felony for manufacturing a controlled substance, was continued to February 19.

The sentencing of Joyce A. Ball of Montross, charged with two felonies including one count for child abuse and disregard for life and one count for possession of a controlled substance, was continued to February 19.

A status hearing on the case of Robert N. Bibbens of Hague, charged with one felony for grand larceny, was continued to February 12.

A status hearing on the case of Tyrell O. Brown of Hague, charged with violating his probation on a felony offense for possession of a controlled substance, was continued to February 26.

The sentencing of Alicia S. Darby of Warsaw, charged with two felonies for manufacturing a controlled substance and violating her probation, was continued to February 5.

The trial of Troy L. Carter of Lottsburg, charged with five felonies including two counts for the sale of marijuana and three counts for manufacturing controlled substances, was continued to January 29.

The trial of Bobbie Y. Kimble of Woodbridge, charged with one felony for possession of a controlled substance, was continued to January 29.

The trial of Thomas F. Smith of Gwynn, charged with one felony for violating his good behavior on a felony offense for grand larceny, was continued to February 12.

The trial of Brandy D. Thompson of Callao, charged with two felonies for manufacturing controlled substances, was continued to April 23.
