HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened on Tuesday, April 20, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
Bond was denied in the case of William S. Diller of Hague and of Callao, charged with three felony counts of probation violation, and trial was set for June 1.
A status hearing for Lakeya M. Thornton of Burgess was carried over to June 1, as Thornton is a fugitive. Thornton faces two felony counts of distribution/sale of Schedule I/II substances, felony pretrial violation, misdemeanor destruction of property, two misdemeanor counts of assault and battery, misdemeanor violation of a protective order against her, felony threat of use of a bomb/destructive device and two felony counts of malicious wounding.
