LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, April 23, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of Matthew Q. Rosner, no address given, charged with a felony probation violation, a hearing to appoint counsel was continued until July 23, as Rosner is still a fugitive.
In the case of Mitrada D. Bunns of Lancaster, charged with two felonies for distributing a Schedule I/II substance and two felonies for child abuse, a hearing on attorney arrangements was continued. A trial was scheduled for July 2.
