HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened for Term Day Tuesday, April 27, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
Robert V. Campbell of Lancaster, also known as Robert Curry, pleaded guilty to felony use of a computer to sexually proposition a person younger than 15 years of age while being more than seven years older than the subject. Campbell was sentenced to 30 years of incarceration with 25 years suspended, as well as to indefinite supervision. One count of felony possession of child pornography with a subject younger than 15 years of age and six additional counts of felony use of a computer to sexually proposition a person younger than 15 years of age while being more than seven years older than the subject were nolle prossed.
Amanda F. Harper of Lancaster was found guilty of felony possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to five years of incarceration, with five years suspended. Harper also was ordered to serve….
